Pot & Column Still

Nose: Melted chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, warm oranges and cinnamon sticks with hints of tropical juices and cassis. Black currant and raspberry leaves come to the fore.
Palate: The initial flavors of milk chocolate and raisins are complemented by latte and ripe banana. There are also hints of aniseed and hints of tropical fruit, demerara baked sugar and caramel cream.
Finish: Long, with cinnamon and nutmeg as well as chili and cocoa.

The basis of the bottling is the Master Blender's Reserve 2021 , which has matured in sherry casks since the last Black Dead Day. This blend of Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados rums aged up to 30 years has been combined with a small portion of the original British Royal Navy rum to an enticing result.
