The Alrik Amarone Cask . The vintage malt consists of several portions of the finest Amarone Riserva casks from the Valpolicella area around the city of Verona. The red wine barrels blend harmoniously with the distillate, the smoke being caught by the fruitiness and leaving behind notes of baked bacon . The complex profile is complemented by bitter oranges, syrup, espresso, panettone cake, spices, vanilla and oak.
