Information about the Waterford Distillery:
Ireland's south east is sunny and bathed in the warmth of the Gulf Stream. Temperate, humid air blows over fertile soil, creating a lush green landscape - and perhaps some of the best barley in the world. At least Waterford is pushing for that. The Waterford distillery is a very young distillery from 2016. Their goal is to revive the old way of Irish whiskey distilling.
