The Yuza Distillery only started operations in 2018. The small distillery produces its single malt according to the "TLAS" (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic, Supreme) principle. The location in Yamagata, between Mount Chokai and the Sea of ​​Japan, creates ideal conditions for this. With the Yuza Single Malt First Edition 2022, the distillery presents its first bottling - at cask strength . Matured in bourbon casks, the aroma is sweet and fresh with honey, vanilla and apricots, and soft and fruity on the palate.
