the Cask Orkney 15 years replaces the 18-year-old version with immediate effect, but is in no way inferior to it in terms of quality and PLV. Except for the age, nothing changes, the bottling takes place from bourbon casks, with a drinking strength of 46%, non-chillfiltered in natural color and this is how a wonderful "Old School" Orkney Single Malt presents itself with light smoke, fruity, spicy notes and the appeal of heather/heather honey.

Nose: Subtle and smooth, with green apple and nutmeg, wood spice, sea salt and cloudy smoke.
Palate: Toffee, peach and apricot, with a rich, velvety texture.
Finish: Nutty and dry with a slightly charred background.
