Highland Park is one of the finest single malts in Scotland. Duncan Taylor first let the islander , celebrated for meaty umaminotes, mature in oak barrels for 14 years. The Highland Park 2007/2022 was filled into an Oloroso Sherry Octave Cask for five months of intensive post-aging. At cask strength 55.3% vol. In addition to honey, orange and tea aromas in the nose, it unfolds hints of sherry on the palate as well as notes of milk chocolate and peppered steak.
