Taiwanese Whiskey Cask Strength

Manzanilla Sherry is not dissimilar to Fino, but is produced right by the sea. The saltiness is reflected in the finished product.

Colour: dark amber
Bouquet: fresh melon, complex, multi-layered fruit aromas, light scent of toffee and cocoa.
Palate: Slightly salty notes that harmonize perfectly with balanced, sweet aromas of tropical fruits such as orange and melon.
Finish : taste of cider, slightly salty.
Recommendation: Enjoy this special whiskey as a digestif, unchilled in a whiskey tulip glass or on ice. What could be nicer than ending the day with an exclusive cigar and a fine whisky.
