Kilchoman Cognac Cask Matured Release 2023
This is the first official limited release of the Kilchoman Cognac Cask. It was distilled in 2016 and matured in 32 barriques previously used to age cognac. Aging in ex-Cognac casks gives the malt notes of pear, apricot and hints of spice, perfectly balanced with Kilchoman's natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke.
