Our single barrel Armorik matured for four years in ex bourbon and six long years in this ex Fine Bretagne Cask - the result speaks for itself: a great interplay of the fresh maritime notes of Armorik with delicate apple sweetness, beautiful nut aromas accompanied by a subtle peaty - a real treat!

Glazed baked apple with cinnamon on the nose , exotic spices such as allspice, caramelized sugar. Lush and sweet-creamy on the palate . Apple strudel with vanilla, plum compote, roasted almonds, clove and ginger. Spicy and vanilla on the finish with a fine note of tobacco.
