512 bottles Nose: Peat smoke dominates with damp earth, roasted peanuts and gingerbread spice and lots of different dried fruit.
Palate: Full-bodied smoke spreads out, accompanied by a light sea breeze. Raisins, stewed plums and roasted nuts show the sherry cask influence. In the end, freshly ground pepper and espresso remain on the tongue.
Finish: Medium length and warming with intense smoke, rye bread and strawberry jam.
