The fortified wine L'Idée Folle.

ASSEMBLY: This idea comes from a harvest of Gros Manseng, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes harvested at exceptional maturity. This selection of highly concentrated juices underlines their fruity and gourmet character. Once started, the transformation of sugar into alcohol is halted by the blending of brandy made from the rare Folle Blanche grape variety, known for its sophistication. TASTING NOTES: This unique and original combination brings out an explosion of freshness and fruit.

GASTRONOMY AND WINE COMBINATION: L'Idée Folle accompanies a touch of madness with an aperitif, desserts and then passionate after-meal conversations. To be enjoyed very fresh.
